When you book a device in for repair we also record the device details, its condition and accessories, our findings, quotes and your quote decisions.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, provide repair or sales services, show you your repair status, and keep records of work performed. Repair tracking links are private: anyone holding the link can see that repair's progress, so please do not share it. If you ask about digital services and agree to it, we share your enquiry with our digital partner, Devv, so they can contact you about that project. Devv also operates this website on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain enquiry and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary for service, warranty and legal record-keeping purposes.
Your rights
